2. Services Offered
Happy Belly (Private) Limited provides meal service solutions, including breakfast boxes, lunch kits, and other food-related products. All meals are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
3. Orders and Payments
- Orders can be placed through our website or mobile application.
- Payment must be made at the time of order via accepted payment methods.
- All prices are listed in LKR and are subject to change.
4. Delivery Policy
- We offer delivery within specified areas. Delivery times may vary based on location and demand.
- If no one is available to receive the order, it may be left at the designated delivery location at the owner’s risk.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled prior to 48 hours for a full refund. Charge of Rs.30 and processing charge of 3.2% will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 7 days to process refunds.
- Users should cancel the order from their Happy Belly account and email [email protected]
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period or for missed deliveries.
- Refund will be given to the payment initiated media itself.
6. Subscription Services
- For customers opting for subscription plans, billing will occur automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Subscribers can manage their subscriptions through their account settings.
